I was born on December 1 , 1940 in Lahore . Did my post graduation  in Industrial System Engineering . Also a fellow and chartered Engineer of Institution of Engineers(India) . Served in Railways, DRDO and finally retired as Addl. GM from Indian Ordinance Factory in the year 2000 after 39 years of service . 
Started the second innings of my life after retirement, imparting skill and knowledge as Prof. in Management teaching MBA and M.Com students and also helped  them in Personality Development and Soft Skills .  For fourteen years, worked in various academic institutions like NIIT ,  Lovely Professional University , Layallpur Khalsa College and KCL Institute of Management and Technology situated in Jalandhar . My  total experience is of 59 years - Professional - 40 years ,  teaching and writing books - 16 years  and consultancy -  3 years .  I am also an empanelled consultant in Lean Manufacturing by National Productivity Council and Quality Council of India and also emapanelled consultant by QCI in ZED . Was awarded Consultancy of Valves and Cock Cluster at Jalandhar in Lean Manufacturing . Playing a role of visiting faculty in different engineering colleges  to propagate the concept of Lean Manufacturing and to deliver motivational lectures . As a President of Gulistan Society of Senior Citizens situated in Urban Estate Phase-II we are serving the society by running  a Physiotherapy center, a Dispensary and a Tailoring center for girls.
